Section 1. On behalf of the individual booking the sessions:

  1. I acknowledge that I have the consent to register the above named individual for six group coaching sessions to help them unchain their pain from a past trauma or unhelpful experience in their life
  2. I acknowledge that the sessions are being delivered by Dr Ruth Mary Allan PhD, who is a Certified Brain Health Professional through the Amen Clinics and Institute for Better Health, Certified Havening Practitioner, Mental Health First Aider and Trauma Risk Management Coordinator for the Military, as well as a Certified High Performance Coach through the High Performance Institute

Section 2. On behalf of the individual receiving the session:

  1. I am committed to showing up to the coaching sessions and will participate fully in the coaching session
  2. I am registering for six 1hr group coaching sessions, which will take place via Zoom. I can also choose more sessions now or later
  3. I acknowledge that the sessions will be recorded for quality and training purposes only
  4. I will be available at the scheduled time for the sessions and do my best to be on-time.  I understand that if I miss any session and don’t provide 24 hours notice to reschedule, then I will forfeit the price I have paid for that session and that session
  5. I understand that this group coaching session is about helping me reduce unhelpful responses associated with any traumatic or unhelpful experience from my past
  6. I understand this session is not about rehashing my past over and over, and not about professional legal, medical, or financial advice. I understand each group session is focused on what I can do now to reduce the emotional charge associated with the traumatic or unhelpful experience encoded in my brain
  7. I understand and agree that my results in life are up to me and that by law my coach cannot guarantee my results in life or business, only my satisfaction, so my coach cannot be held liable under any circumstances for my results or actions
  8. I agree to check-in 24hrs and 48hrs after the sessions I receive to provide an update on any changes observed, particularly any I am concerned about
  9. I acknowledge that I can ask the coach any questions before the session and during it if I feel nervous at any point
  10. I understand that I do not have to disclose the particular trauma or unhelpful experience at any time for me to benefit from the sessions
  11. I acknowledge that the group session will require me to be able to apply human touch to my face, arms or hands or an object of my choosing whilst I recall the experience to generate delta waves in my brain. I understand that these delta waves will help reduce the unhelpful responses associated with that experience
  12. I acknowledge that I will be asked to rate my distress level at the beginning and end of the group coaching session for Ruth to evaluate my progress and that the group ratings (not individual) will be used to gather metrics on the benefit of the session and may be used for publicity purposes
  13. I acknowledge that I will be asked to provide feedback on the session and if provided, authorise my feedback to be used as part of a testimonial on Ruth's coaching website www.ruthmaryallan.com
  14. I acknowledge that the sessions booked must be completed within eight weeks from the date of purchase
  15. I acknowledge that I have the right to reschedule or cancel the sessions at any time and that if I do, providing I give at least 24hrs notice before the first scheduled session I can receive a full refund for the six sessions.

Unchain Your Pain - Group Coaching: Six Sessions

This is a series of six (6) group coaching sessions aimed at helping those struggling to deal with a past trauma or unhelpful experience by equipping you with scientifically proven tools to help you recover from the experience.

The sessions will focus on using the Emotional Mindset Management approach, which combines brain health coaching with Havening Techniques to help you let go of unhelpful emotional responses from a trauma or unhelpful experience.

During the session you DO NOT have to say anything about your experience to achieve any benefit.

The sessions are suitable for adults only. If you require support for a child or children, please visit The Wellbeing Warrior Academy or email [email protected].

You do not need to tell us what experience or emotions you wish to address as part of the registration - only if you feel it will help you and you are able to.

During this group coaching session you will need access to a computer, digital notebook, iPad or phone that you can view the screen with and position so that you have the ability to view the screen and use your hands at the same time.

A Zoom invitation is automatically set up, where you can dial in via your computer or phone.

Please note the sessions will be recorded for training and quality purposes only.

You will be prompted at the end of the questions to provide your telephone number to receive text reminders for the event, if you wish.

The sessions are led by Dr Ruth Mary Allan, who is a Certified Brain Health Professional, Licensed Brain Trainer, Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner, High Performance Coach and Trauma Risk Management Coordinator for the military.

Group Coaching sessions run on:

  • Monday's at 8pm GMT+1 and
  • Friday's at 9am GMT+1.
