Wellbeing Warrior Coaching is a process created to help you activate your inner warrior, boost your energy and help you show up as your best self.

The programme is designed to challenge you to dive deep into you, to help you recognise and be able to manage your emotions, take control of your physical health and mental wellbeing and help you gain clarity in your purpose, values and beliefs so that you are truly connected with the best of you and able to show up as your best self.

 

As a Wellbeing Warrior Coach, Ruth will work with you in this process to look at six different areas of you: your emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, your energy levels and the environment that you work and live in.

By developing a deeper understanding of what makes you tick and exploring your inner strengths, you'll learn how to take back control of your wellbeing, increase your self-belief, overcome life's struggles, increase your level of clarity and feel a greater connection to yourself and others.

Through mastering your emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing you'll feel more energised, powerful and in control of you.  Set your sights on becoming a Wellbeing Warrior™.  Be the BOSS™ of your Wellbeing.

One on One Program

In your six sessions I will work one-on-one with you to help you unlock your inner strengths and breakdown the barriers that are holding you back in showing up as your best self.  If you're ready to boost your energy, to learn how to manage your emotions, to control what you do, to increase your clarity of thought and align more consistently with your purpose, values and beliefs, this program is for you.

Program Structure

Over the next six sessions you will engage with six topics to help you unlock your inner warrior and boost your energy.  Each session will last 1hr.  You will have the opportunity to have your sessions recorded, should you desire.  At the end of each session you will receive an action plan and summary of commitments made in the session, plus worksheets to help with your continued development and mastery.

Course Content

  • Session 1 - Wellbeing Warrior Focal Points.  Discovering your level of connection with your emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, your drivers and your habits.
  • Session 2 - Emotional Wellbeing.  Diving deep into understanding your emotions, your fears, what is holding you back and what is driving your behaviours, to help you gain immediate clarity in how you can manage your emotions.
  • Session 3 - Physical Wellbeing.  Reviewing what you do, what supports you, what hinders you, including what habits are moving you forward, and which habits you need to break.
  • Session 4 - Mental Wellbeing.  Helping you create that space in your mind to think clearly, to help you structure your thoughts and establish what you need to do to boost your mental stimulus to support your goals and dreams.
  • Session 5 - Spiritual Wellbeing.  Exploring you - how you connect with yourself and how you connect with others.  Establishing what your values and beliefs are and how this informs your purpose, to help you gain alignment with yourself.
  • Session 6 - Energy and Environment.  Reflecting on what is important to you, how you can activate your inner strength and establishing how you can optimise your environment and boost your energy so that you can show up as the best of you.
