Decluttering Your Brain with Fallon Jordan | E10
Dec 06, 2021If you are struggling with your brain function following a concussion or past emotional or physical trauma, this is one episode you don’t want to miss...
Fallon Jordan, Community and Curriculum Director of Amen University and owner of Decluttered Mind and Home, LLC, joins Dr. Ruth Allan on the tenth episode of Brain Health: Unchaining Your Pain.
Talking about her multiple ‘perceived’ minor concussions that led to chronic head trauma, headaches, light and noise intolerance, and difficulty reading, Fallon highlights the importance of functional brain imaging to understand and treat the brain.
She provides a stark insight into how the traditional medical approach for treating brain injuries isn’t working and the importance of taking a more integrated, whole-body approach to provide targeted treatment and initiate preventative healthcare.
Fallon and Dr. Ruth dive deep into the different types of concussions she experienced, how that affected her, and how that transpired into brain trauma.
Seeing her brain scan and discovering that her brain was jam-packed and working too hard helped validate the struggles she had experienced, including undiagnosed ADD, anxiety, and trauma.
She talks about her past trauma, including rape, which led to her developing PTSD, and how she could heal from them using suitable approaches.
Fallon now helps people heal from the inside out, utilizing the power of the subconscious mind. She is a certified brain health coach and decluttering specialist and works alongside therapists, psychiatrists, and functional medicine doctors as a brain health licensed trainer.
