His goal is to share the message of how fitness can change your life, taking him from a life of obscurity in the military to training Fortune 500 CEOs and celebrities, showing how you can empower yourself with exercise.

From starting a life as a dancer in Brooklyn as a young child, Mark ended up in a downward spiral trying to fit in, leading him to join the military to get in shape and learn how to defend himself.

His journey led him to become the go-to guy to train military personnel in fitness and transition into becoming the celebrity trainer he is today.

Physical health and brain health go hand in hand. In this conversation, we dive deep into the importance of addressing the challenges you have within your mind when you are improving your physical fitness and pushing beyond your comfort zone.
